Ingredients for 72 servings:
1. 1 1/4 cups sugar
2. 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3. 1 1/4 cups margarine or 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
4. 2 teaspoons vanilla
5. 3 eggs
6. 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
7. 2 teaspoons baking soda
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1 (12 -24 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375*F.
2. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
4. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 375*F for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
