Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 1/2 cups water
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
5. 17 ounces fully cooked beef roast (like Hormel or Tyson)
6. 8 ounces tomato sauce (like Goya)
7. 1 tablespoon minced onion
8. 2 tablespoons green olives, sliced
9. 1 tablespoon capers
10. 4 drops hot pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat large sauce on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Place 1 tablespoon oil and garlic in pan.
3. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until heated and fragrant.
4. Stir in all remaining ingredients and cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
5. Remove beef from heat and shred meat using 2 forks.
