Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 lb pork mince
2. 1 onion
3. 4 garlic cloves
4. 1 tablespoon ginger
5. 2 chilies
6. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
8. 1 tablespoon lemongrass
9. oil
10. yoghurt
11. chives
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Divide the mixture into 16 golf ball sized portions.
2. Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the bites for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown all over.
3. Serve with a dip of natural yoghurt and chopped chives.
