Ingredients for 16 servings:
1. 12 crackers, graham finely crushed (roughly 2 cups)
2. 6 tablespoons butter, melted
3. 1 cup sugar, divided
4. 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
5. 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
6. 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
7. 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
8. 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar;press onto bottom of 9×13 pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
2. Beat cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together with mixer until blended. Add preserves; mix well.
3. Place strawberries and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl; mash with fork. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cheese mixter. Spoon over crust; cover.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
