Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2. 1/4 cup corn
3. 1 whole cucumber, sliced
4. 1 -2 whole radish, sliced
5. 1 cup carrot, shredded
6. 1 whole avocado, sliced
7. 1 cup kidney bean
8. 3 -5 cups spring greens
9. 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
10. 1 sweet potato
Directions:
1. Wash, shred, slice all ingredients.
