Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste (I use Walmart brand)
2. 2 teaspoons instant coffee, for mocha
3. 2 tablespoons soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
4. 1 cup soymilk, as needed
5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6. 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
7. 1 -2 ice cube
Directions:
1. Blend the syrup, coffee, yogurt, soy milk, vanilla and protein powder in blender until smooth.
2. Add ice, blend again.
3. Serve.
