Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 2 cups cooking oil, plus
2. 1 tablespoon cooking oil
3. 3/4 lb string bean, trimmed and cleaned
4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
5. 2 tablespoons ground pork
6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
7. 1/2 tablespoon sherry wine
8. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
9. 4 tablespoons chicken broth
10. 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions:
1. Heat 2 cups of the oil in a wok and add the beans.
2. Fry for one minute or until soft.
3. Drain.
4. In a sauté pan, add the remaining oil and heat.
5. Add the beans, garlic, minced pork, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and broth.
6. Add the sesame oil and scallion, swirling to heat through.
7. Serve.
