Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/4 cup soy sauce
2. 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard
3. 1/4 cup minced green onions with top
4. 1/4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
7. black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
2. Use to marinade shrimp, scallops etc. for 1 hour.
3. For beef, wild game, (IE: venison, elk, moose, bear etc.) pork or any poultry Go for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
