Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 teaspoons tamarind paste
2. 1/2 cup water
3. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 5 mint leaves, chopped
