Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 5 cups kernel corn (3 large cans)
2. 2 cups whole milk
3. 1/2 lb butter
4. 2 cups sugar
5. 5 eggs
6. 2 cups flour
7. 4 teaspoons baking powder
8. 1 teaspoon salt
9. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Beat butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.
2. In a blender, mix corn and milk.
3. Add corn mixture to butter, mixing well; add remaining ingredients until well blended.
4. Bake in a well greased 9×13 inch pan about 30 minutes – until the top is golden brown.
