Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 ripe mangoes, flesh diced
2. 1 avocado, flesh diced
3. 1 green jalapeno, minced
4. 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup diced red onions or 1/4 cup chopped scallion
6. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
7. 1 -2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
8. drizzle olive oil
9. 1 dash salt
