Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
2. 2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
3. 2 lbs beef sirloin steaks
4. 2 tablespoons nam pla
5. 1 bunch fresh basil
6. 2 green onions, sliced
7. 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Slice beef thinly.
2. In big pot, stir and cook coconut milk until it separates, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in red curry paste; add sliced beef, cooking until done.
4. Add everything else and serve.
