Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1/3 cup rice vinegar
2. 2/3 cup peanut butter (preferably creamy)
3. 2/3 cup water
4. 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
5. 1 -2 garlic clove
6. 3 tablespoons sugar
7. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (I use just a pinch)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth.
