Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons oil
2. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3. 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced
4. 1 tablespoon chile, chopped
5. 1/4 cup onion, sliced
6. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
7. 1 cup fresh basil leaf
8. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
9. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
10. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
11. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
12. cilantro, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Heat wok with oil, add garlic and chiles.
2. Add beef and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add onions and basil, stir for 1 minute.
4. Add remaining sauce: oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
5. Stir fry until cooked, garnish with cilantro.
6. Server immediately with steamed rice.
