Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2. 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3. 2 tablespoons butter
4. 1 tablespoon canned pimiento, chopped
5. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken gumbo soup
6. 1/2 cup water
7. 1/2 cup tomato juice
8. 1/2 cup cooked chicken, finely diced
Directions:
1. Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Heat; stirring occasionally.
4. Serve once hot.
