9. 1/2 cup oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in vinegar for a minimum of 1 hours — overnight is better.
2. Mix flour, spices, and baking powder.
3. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Brown on both sides; cover.
6. Fry 15 minutes one side.
