Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
2. 1 cup brown sugar
3. 1 large egg
4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5. 1 cup flour
6. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
7. 1 cup Rice Krispies
8. 1/2 cup chocolate chips (more if desired)
9. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
10. 3/4 cup dried pineapple, cut to size
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. Combine butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well.
4. Sift together flower and baking powder, gradually incorporate into wet mixture.
5. Fold in remaining ingredients.
6. Drop heaping spoonfuls or roll 1 inch balls of batter onto cookie sheet; bake 15 minutes until tops are golden brown.
