Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 lbs turkey tenderloins or 2 lbs turkey breast, Cooked and Cubed
2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
3. 1/4 cup sour cream
4. 1/4 cup mango, Cut Into Small Cubes
5. 1/4 cup red onion, Cubed
6. 1/4 cup red pepper, Cubed
7. 1/4 cup pineapple, Sliced
8. 1/4 cup banana, Cubed
9. 1/2 lime, Juice
10. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
11. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
12. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
13. 1/8 teaspoon salt
14. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
15. 1/8 teaspoon salt
16. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or adjust for more heat)
17. 1 tablespoon orange juice
18. 2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts
