Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 80 g microwave popcorn, plain
2. 1/3 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, room tempterature
3. 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
4. 1 tablespoon butter, melted
5. 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
6. fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Microwave popcorn according to instructions on package.
2. Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with cheese and toss. Dirzzle with truffle oil and melted butter and toss. Add chives and pepper.
3. Mix well. Transfer to a large serving bowl or individual paper bags.
