Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2. 1/2 cup peeled cucumber, minced
3. 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
4. 1 teaspoon dried mint
5. 1 cup halved green seedless grape
6. 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
7. 1 stalk celery, diced
8. 3 cups cooked turkey (bite size chunks)
9. 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
10. 6 pita breads (cut in half)
11. 1 head red leaf lettuce
Directions:
1. In bowl stir together yogurt, cucumber, dill and mint.
2. Add grapes, bell peppers, celery, turkey and cheese.
3. Chill at least 1 hour for flavors to mingle.
4. Line each pita half with red lettuce leaves.
5. Then spoon turkey mixture into each sandwich.
