1. 1 whole wheat hoagie roll
2. sliced American cheese
3. spinach or romaine lettuce leaf
4. sliced tomatoes
5. chopped olive
6. pickle
7. sliced banana pepper
8. sliced green bell pepper
9. sliced red onion
10. sliced cucumber
11. fat-free mayonnaise, non-fat ranch dressing or oil and vinegar
12. salt and pepper
Directions:
