Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 (16 ounce) cans white beans
2. 2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups vegetable broth
3. 1 cup marinara sauce
4. 2 large garlic cloves
5. 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil
6. 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
7. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
3. Simmer partically covered and stirring frequently to blend flavors, 4 to 5 minutes.
4. For Vegan/Vegetarian use the Vegetable Broth.
