4. 1 orange, sliced into thin cross sections
5. 1 lemon, sliced into thin cross sections
6. 1 lime, sliced into thin cross sections
Directions:
1. Wash the fruit before slicing. Just a reminder.
2. Mix the wine, brandy or cognac, and sugar in a large clear pitcher. Stir until sugar has disolved.
3. Add the fruit and stir.
4. Refrigerate a few hours to allow flavors to combine.
5. Before serving, top off with ice cubes.
6. Note: orinal recipe calls for an inexpensive light wine such as pino grigio, sauvignon blanc, fume blanc, or California Chablis. It states the chardonney is too robust.
