Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
2. 4 button mushrooms, sliced
3. 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
4. 1 portabella mushroom, cubed
5. 5 scallions, diced
6. 1/4 red onion, peeled and julienned
7. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
8. 1 teaspoon garlic, peeled and minced
9. 2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
10. all purpose seasoning, to taste (start with 1 tsp.)
11. 2 ounces white wine
12. 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
13. 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
14. parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. In a hot skillet, add the olive oil.
2. Add the garlic, mushrooms and vegetables.
3. Add the basil and continue to sauté.
4. Season with All Purpose Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
5. Deglaze with the white wine.
6. Serve over fettuccine.
7. Garnish with parsley.
