Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 whole boneless chicken breast
2. 1/3 cup olive oil
3. 3 tablespoons sesame oil
4. 1 piece onion
5. 2 garlic cloves
6. 1 1/4 tablespoons char siu sauce (lee kum kee)
7. 1/4 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
8. 9 tablespoons oyster sauce
9. 1/8 cup sugar
10. 4 tablespoons water
11. 1 kg cooked pasta
12. peanuts
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in a little olive oil.
2. Cook chicken until brown.
3. Mix sesame oil, char siu sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic, and sugar in a bowl.
4. Add liquid mixture to chicken and simmer for a few minutes.
