Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 lb chicken breast (chopped)
2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
3. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks
4. 1/3 cup vinegar
5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
6. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. 1. Cook chicken in large frying pan.
2. 2. Mix together all other ingredients in separate kettle and bring to a boil.
3. 3. Combine sauce and chicken together.
4. 4. Good served over white rice.
