Ingredients for 2 servings
1. 1/2 medium onion, chopped
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 2 medium carrots, chopped
4. 14 ounces chicken broth (1 can)
5. 1 1/4 cups water
6. 1/2 cup french green lentil, rinsed
7. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
8. 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
9. salt and pepper
Steps
1. Saute onion in olive oil.
2. Add chopped carrot.
3. Add remaining ingrediants and cook on medium heat until lentils are soft.
4. Salt and Pepper to taste.
