Ingredients for 15 servings:
1. 1 gallon water
2. 1 tablespoon salt
3. 4 cups long grain rice
Directions:
1. In a 8 quart stock pot, bring a gallon of salted water to a rapid boil.
2. Stir in gradually 4 cups of rice and boil for 14 minutes.
3. Next drain and rinse in a metal screen colander.
4. Now add 2 cups of water to stock pot and bring to boil.
5. Now place colander over you steaming stock pot and cover for 5 minutes.
6. It will serve up grain for grain.
