Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (I like dutch cocoa)
2. 2 tablespoons sugar (Splenda changes the taste)
3. 4 tablespoons filtered water
4. 12 ounces 1% low-fat milk
5. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
7. 1 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix cocoa & sugar together in saucepan.
2. Add water. Stir well.
3. Cook over med. heat until mixture comes to a boil and the sugar is dissolved.
4. Stir in milk, extracts and cinnamon.
5. Reduce heat to low & stir until warmed through.
6. Sit back, wrap your hands around the warm cup and enjoy.
