Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/4 cup instant oats
2. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
4. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5. 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
6. 1/2 cup cold water
7. 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
8. 3 tablespoons milk
9. 1/4 cup golden raisin
10. 1/8 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, raisins and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 1-1.25 minutes, stirring every 15-30 seconds until the oatmeal has reached the desired consistency.
3. Stir in the brown sugar, walnuts and a few drops of milk, serve warm.
