Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2. 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
3. 1 tablespoon hot paprika
4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large pan, place cauliflower.
2. Dust with spices and toss with oil. Rearrange florets so they are in a single layer.
3. Roast for 15 minutes or until dark brown and caramelized around the edges. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
