Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/2 cup soy sauce
2. 1/4 cup sugar
3. 1/4 cup mirin or 1/4 cup dry sherry
4. 1/4 cup salad oil
5. 1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot
6. 2 cloves garlic
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour over desired meat in a large zip lock bag and marinate preferably overnight, but at least 3 or 4 hours.
3. Makes enough for 2-3 pounds of meat.
