Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 lbs beef stew meat
2. 2 cups potatoes
3. 2 cups chopped carrots
4. 1 small onion, sliced
5. 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
6. 2 (16 ounce) envelopes beef stew spice mix, McCormicks brand
7. 4 cups water
Directions:
1. From frozen, no need to defrost, just drop it in the slow cooker and cook
2. for 7-8 hours on low (minimum internal temperature of 145°F).
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
