Flop-Proof Crepes

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 8 eggs
2. 2 cups milk
3. 2 cups water
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 4 cups flour
6. 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. With an electrical blender, blend until smooth.
3. Melt butter in two frying pans.
4. Pour batter into frying pans, so there is a thin layer of it in each frying pan.
5. Flip with a spatula.
6. When both sides of the crepe are golden brown, remove from pan and repeat process.
7. Serve immediately.
