Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 3 lbs rump roast or 3 lbs chuck roast
2. 3 tablespoons flour
3. 15 ounces tomato sauce
4. 1/2 cup onion, chopped
5. 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
6. 2 tablespoons instant beef bouillon
7. 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
8. 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
9. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
10. 10 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Rub flour into roast.
2. Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining ingredients, execpt buns.
3. Cook on low for about 14-16 hours.
4. Pull apart or shred meat.
5. Serve over buns.
