Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 4 green onions, chopped
2. 3 tablespoons butter, melted
3. 9 cups cabbage, shredded (about 1 1/2 lbs)
4. 3 carrots, scraped and grated
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Saute the green onions in melted butter in a large skillet until it is tender.
2. Add the cabbage and carrot; saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the salt and pepper.
