Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 slices of good bread (your choice, I prefer honey whole wheat)
2. 1/2 of a fresh avocado, chopped
3. 3 ounces smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
4. 1 strip crispy bacon, crumbled
5. 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
6. 1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise (to taste)
7. 1/2 teaspoon vinaigrette dressing (to taste)
8. fresh ground black pepper
9. 1 -2 slice of thinly sliced red onion
10. romaine lettuce
11. 1 -2 slice of thinly sliced tomatoes
Directions:
1. Lightly toast the bread, if desired. Spread with mayonnaise, bleu cheese, avocado, crumbled bacon, and vinaigrette.
2. Assemble your sandwich with the remaining ingredients.
