Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1/2 cup cocoa
2. 1/2 cup instant coffee granules (I used decaf)
3. 1 cup water
4. 1/2 cup Equal sugar substitute
5. 6 cups nonfat milk
6. 1/2 cup liquid coffee creamer
Directions:
1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan until smooth.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisk constantly for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add sweetener.
4. Cool slightly.
5. Whisk in milk and creamer.
6. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
7. Serve over ice.
8. Cook time is chill time.
