Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 mango, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks)
2. 1 cup fresh carrot juice
3. 1 dash freshly grated nutmeg
4. 1/2 cup ice cube (omit if using frozen mango)
Directions:
1. Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
