Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 lb carrot, cut into matchsticks
2. 2 tablespoons butter
3. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
6. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
7. 1 tablespoon cilantro leaf, for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until just tender, 10-15 min depending on size of carrots.
2. Melt butter in pan until browned.
3. Add garam masala, salt, ginger and red chili powder if using.
4. Cook 1 minute.
5. Add carrots and toss to coat.
6. Serve with cilantro leaves sprinkled on top as garnish.
