Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 12 slices bacon
2. 8 slices bread
3. 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
4. 1 avocado (sliced)
5. 1 tomatoes (sliced)
6. mixed sprouts
7. salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. cook bacon (without cutting it) until its crispy.
2. wipe out bacon oil with kitchen towel
3. bake breads light
4. on a slice of baked bread, put 1 tsp of mayonnaise (both up and down).
5. then place some sprouts, avocado, bacon, tomato (between two slices of bread).
