Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2. 1 lb medium shrimp, uncooked deveined peeled
3. 1 medium green onion, thinly sliced
4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
5. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
6. 3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
8. 1/8 teaspoon salt
9. 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated, if desired
Directions:
1. Use a 10-inch skillet, with oil heated over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp and all of the remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese.
3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are just turning pink. Remove from heat.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
