Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 lb lean ground beef
2. 1 onion, finely chopped
3. 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
4. 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
5. 1 (1 lb) box processed cheese, cubed
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown and cook ground beef on low heat for 10 minutes, and drain.
2. Transfer to slow cooker, and add onion, corn, salsa, and cheese.
3. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Remove lid and stir.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
