Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 carrot, shredded
2. 1 zucchini, shredded
3. 1 grapefruit, cut into bite size pieces
4. 6 -8 basil leaves, cut into ribbons
5. 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
6. 1 -3 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute, depends on taste and how sweet the grapefruit is
7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
8. pepper
