Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups carrots
2. 2 cups water
3. 1 cup evaporated milk
4. 1/2 cup sugar
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
6. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
7. 1 cup ice cube

2. cool.
