Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups frozen peas
2. 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
3. 1 pinch crushed dried mint
4. 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Cook peas in a small amount of water until tender-crisp (about 4 minutes if cooked in microwave) – or cook according to package directions.
2. Immediately stir in remaining ingredients.
