Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 12 ounces focaccia bread, sliced in half horizontally (about 9-inches)
2. 1/2 cup cream cheese with chive and onion
3. 8 curly leaf lettuce leaves
4. 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
5. 6 slices deli American cheese (3/4-oz)
6. 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham
7. 6 slices deli provolone cheese (3/4-oz)
8. 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Spread both cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Place 1/2 lettuce on bottom half focaccia. Layer with turkey, American cheese, ham, provolone cheese, tomatoes and remaining lettuce. Cover with top half focaccia.
2. To serve, secure each sandwich with long toothpick. Cut into 6 wedges.
