1. 8 cups apple cider
2. 1/4 cup honey
3. 1/4 lb fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a nonaluminum saucepan over low heat, combine the cider, honey, and ginger.
2. Cover and warm, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
3. Transfer to a preheated large thermos.
4. Include the ginger for a more pronounced ginger flavor.
