Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2. 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
3. 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
4. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
9. 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. Mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings.
2. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture.
3. Place in 15×10-inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
5. Cut and slice and place on sandwich.
