Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 slices bread, use a coarse textured like Italian style
2. 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
3. 2 slices thin tomatoes
4. 2 slices prosciutto
5. 1 ounce sliced cheese (your choice, conte is good)
6. lettuce or other salad greens
Directions:
1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with a tbsp of pesto sauce.
2. Layer on the tomato ham and cheese.
3. Cover with the other slice of bread, cut& serve.
